We invest with the aim of realizing our investments in seven to nine years by way of one of the following mechanisms:

  • Trade sales
  • Sales back to management
  • Listing on a Stock Exchange

We readily discuss and agree potential exit plans with the shareholders and management of candidate companies prior to making an investment.
