Of particular interest to us are medium-sized businesses with the following attributes:

• Export and manufacturing businesses in need of expansion capital to grow operations and international markets
• Businesses that supply goods and services to the core industries driving the South African economy in need of acquisition, development or buy-out funding
• Underrated businesses or businesses operating in out-of-favour industries

On an opportunistic basis, we also invest in development stage companies with compelling growth prospects.

We do not invest in resource mining, property and primary agriculture.
