• Medium sized business with turnover of R50 million to R500 million 
• Proven business with strong brands, franchises or market share
• Large addressable market and therefore exceptional growth prospects
• Owners/managers who have an in depth understanding of their industry
• Clear plan to achieve or sustain market leadership

In addition to direct BEE investments, we would also participate in transactions requiring the replacement of existing BEE shareholders, as well as co-investing with and funding of other BEE shareholder groups.
